Practical advice, with its evidence in view

Mail Tool Radar is an independent editorial project for creators, freelancers, and small businesses that want a clearer way to choose email tools and plan useful newsletters.

What this publication covers

We focus on the decisions that shape a small email program: platform fit, subscriber limits, sending volume, basic automation, signup practices, and how to make a sequence easier to maintain.

How we research

At launch, product reviews are based on public product documentation, pricing pages, and help articles. Each review identifies its research basis and the date it was checked. We distinguish those sources from first-hand tests and will only label something as a test when we have recorded the method and evidence.

What readers can expect

  • Clear distinctions between facts from vendor documentation and our analysis.
  • Practical limits and questions to verify before subscribing.
  • Visible affiliate disclosures when a link may earn a commission.
  • Corrections when public product details change or an important point was missed.

What we do not claim

We do not claim to be an official partner of any platform unless that relationship is approved and accurately described. We do not invent customers, testimonials, professional credentials, product tests, or performance results.

Editorial independence

A commission may help fund this publication, but it does not guarantee a positive review or change the facts we report. Our funding and affiliate disclosure explains the current status.

Corrections are welcome. Include the page, the statement to review, and a current public source so we can check it.
